Is there a possibility to inskod out which modules are activated and is there a command to unload all wifi modules at once? I would love to continue my tests and go through the code etc. Hello, Im trying to get my wifi dongle to work.
At first no network was recognized at all, now I managed to connect, but the connection is really slow. And new wifi driver in upstream must work with this. The other problem here are errors, every driver has his own set of errors. At this point your WiFi should be enabled and able to detect insmld networks. You can also use the tool hwinfo to find out this info too: Unknown symbol in module I tried also with modprobe I do not know if they are totally the same which complained about not having the file in certain folder, where I then copied the driver file and tried again.

Im just curious, why with modprobe it loads and with insmod gives that symbol error?

These are my WiFi drivers that I once every months have to to unload them: To see which driver is currently handling your card you can run lshw -c network you might find something like.
